The Smart Fluid Laboratory provides sample conditioning services using the Memmert CTC 256 climate chamber.

Tests in a climate chamber

The test station enables sample conditioning under strictly controlled temperature and humidity conditions. Environmental parameters can be maintained at a constant level throughout the entire test or adjusted according to a programmed profile. It is also possible to combine conditioning in the climate chamber with viscosity testing.

The climate chamber enables a wide range of tests, including, for example:

functionality tests
aging tests
composite testing
testing of building materials
plastics testing
electronic component testing

Operating temperature range from -42°C to +190°C and a capacity of 256 liters. Humidity adjustable from 10% to 98% relative humidity.
